My name is Rafi. I used to teach a course called Adulting 101 at Boston College,

all the life skills that I wish I had learned in school, but never did. I also run an organization

that focuses on bringing people together for constructive disagreements and written a math

textbook in the past as well. Oh yeah, yeah. I noticed the math of it all, which kind of, I feel, ties into a lot of this.

So I was like looking at your book, which I have a friend who's very analytical.

And he and I often have this conversation.

I felt like I was talking to him when I was reading the book, which is that I create narratives a lot, and I'll be like, well, this is what I'm like.

And this is how things go for me. And then he's very intent on having me eliminate emotion from it and kind of look at things in a very neutral, non-patterned way, which is extremely hard for me,
