بدأنا الحلقة بالحديث عن بداية انتشار المطابخ السحابية، فجائحة كورونا أدّت إلى الإقبال على هذا المجال، وساعد انتشاره كثيرًا من المطاعم على تجاوز الأزمة.
ثمّ عرّف الغامدي المطابخ السحابية وطريقة عملها. وذكر في حديثه عن أصل الفكرة أنها انطلقت من أميركا وبعدها الصين، ثم انتشرت في دول الخليج العربية. غير أنها ليست لها محلات قائمة على الشوارع التجارية، ومع هذا فلها علامة مسجّلة والوصول لها متاح عبر تطبيقات التوصيل.
