Summary
سولفنا في هذه الحلقة مع عبدالله المفرّج، الرئيس التنفيذي في «عصير الضاحية»، سلسلة محلات شهيرة بمنتجات العصير. بدأت السلسلة عام 1978 من فرع صغير، ثم توسعت إلى عشرة فروع في الكويت و أربعة أخرى في السعودية، تحديدًا الرياض.
حدَّثنا عبدالله المفرّج بدايةً عن سبب تفاديه الظهور الإعلامي حتى حلوله ضيفًا معنا. ثم انتقلنا إلى بدايات «عصير الضاحية» تحت تأسيس والده، وعن سبب شهرة منتجات العصير التي يقدمونها. كما سألناه عن أساس التسميات التي يطلقونها على العصائر كعصير «عوار قلب» و«دميرة» و«بو علي» وغيرها. ثم أسهبنا بالحديث حول تجربة توسعهم داخل الكويت، لا سيما تجربتهم في فرع الأفنيوز الذي يعد من أوائل الوجهات السياحية في الكويت.
كما سألنا عبدالله المفرّج عن كيفية توفير الفواكه وحفظها وتخزينها وتوزيعها، خصوصًا مع وجود عدة فروع، وكيف يتصرفون بالكميات غير المستخدمة؟ وكيف يحافظون على الجودة المقدمة ذاتها في الكويت والسعودية؟
ثم تحدثنا مع ضيفنا عن تجربة دخول السوق السعودي مقارنةً بالسوق الكويتي، وعن تجربة تشغيل بعض الفروع على مدار أربع وعشرين ساعة، وما إذا كانت مجدية ماديًا. كما سألنا ضيفنا عن تجربة السلسلة مع تطبيقات التوصيل.
