Hi loves, welcome back to self-care daily and welcome to our final practice of this week.

We have talked about different ways of inviting more ease into our lives and into our bodies this week

and also identified something we are holding on to or forcing that we

might want to shift or change a little bit in our lives.

Today I want to give a little bit of space to focus on something that you feel like you can't bring more ease to.

So a situation in your life where you just feel stuck or where you feel like everything is

feeling forced, a place where you are holding on or clinging or gripping really tightly.

And it can be something that you can really feel in your

body like a sense of tension there all the time or perhaps it's a change you're trying to make,

but it's just not happening or a person in your life that is impossible to deal with. And it's just

the thing that isn't flowing, that place where there isn't any ease at all.

And once you have identified that place, maybe it's something really big and it's at the forefront

of your mind all the time. Maybe it's something small and something you can kind of deal with

being difficult. But once you have identified what that thing is or who that person is or what that situation is,

I want you to sit down and write a little prayer for ease to enter this situation.

So communicating your longing for ease in this place.

Instead of continuing to bang your head against the wall over and over again with frustration

and anger and everything else that comes along with that, to pray for ease, to pray for softness,

to pray for a little bit of letting go, communicating the longing for that

by just putting it down on paper. And you don't necessarily have to do anything more with that.
