Summary

Today's Quote:  "Is it true?" - Byron Katie

Today's Practice: If you're feeling bad, it's because you're thinking something that is false. Interrupt the thought train with the felt-knowledge that the thoughts aren't true and that's why they feel bad... not because they are true, but because they are not true.

If you feel bad about that series of thoughts, it means that God doesn't agree with your thinking

1:44.9

on the situation. God is not an agreement with you on this. And so you can rest in that. In the

better. You don't feel like 100%. But you'll have some relief. Your shoulders will come down. Your

2:03.4

stomach will release a smile. A little one will kind of come to your face because you'll remember,

2:08.4

I don't feel bad because this is true or because this is about to happen. I feel bad because God

2:15.8

is kind of nudging me like, I don't agree with you here. I don't agree with you. And so you

2:21.5

can apply that today. Every time you have a moment like that, you know, where you're concerned,

2:28.3

that you know, you're going to get sick or you know, maybe you were exposed to some germ,
