Observe the Silence that is present even when thoughts are happening, and gently, but diligently keep shifting your attention back to the Silence. Keep flexing that muscle until you can see that even the shifting is being witnessed. There's an awareness of 'your' efforts to pivot out of thinking and back to the Silence. Bonus points for abiding in and AS this Loving Awareness. Be your Self. It is thought-free, naturally. It is Love.
