Don't you just love receiving a little something extra.

Hey, this is John Gordon with a positive moment.

The other day I brought my dress shirt to the dry cleaners,

and I was missing a button and I had one button I was sort of crushed and half broken off.

I figured I would get a dry clean, then take it to the alterations place to get some new buttons on.

But when I got my shirt back, I realized the dry cleaners already replace the buttons.

When I asked them if they did that, they said of course that's what we do.

I loved it.

I got a little something extra.

Not surprisingly, this dry cleaner is one of the busiest in the area because they take care of their

customers they do a little extra for them it's the little things that means so

much replacing buttons on a shirt if they can can do that, what can we do?

How can we give a little something extra?

What can we do that gives a little more time, a little more effort, a little more energy?

Let's decide today to give a little something extra in the work

we do and the organizations we serve. So when someone is the benefit of our

service they'll walk away and say wow I, I just got a little something extra.

They certainly will feel great.

And so will we.
