Summary

The episode you've all been asking for. My honest, light, fun take on how I became the mom I am without losing myself in the process. Boundaries, sleep training, integrating kids into my life instead of rebuilding it around them, and a rapid fire round of all the things Davide and I decided before we ever had kids. Happy mom, happy kids, no bending over backwards required.

it seems like a lot of people are having girlfriend issues. Okay, so a lot of the questions are always

0:58.3

saying that I am my own human being and this is my own personal experience. And if you disagree or this doesn't resonate with you, that's so cool. We are different people. This is just me. I grew up with a mother who was a stay-at-home mom, a major caretaker, like, bend over backwards for me, spoil shit.

1:42.4

So, you know, my mom and I talk about this all the time,

1:46.3

because she's like, I never like slept trained you. She's like, I never remember that even being a

1:51.2

thing. She's like, you just, you know, went into your room at a certain age. I was obviously up here

1:57.0

with them for a while in the room that I'm currently in. And then when I got, you know,

2:02.2

old enough, I went downstairs into my own room and my brothers were down the hall. But there was

2:09.8

a good amount of like healthy attachment and, you know, your dollops of unhealthy attachment. So they had a great life

2:23.8

together. My parents were very intimate and very affectionate. And I read a, God, I wish I had

2:32.3

it. I need to find it somewhere in my phone. One of my brother's
