Summary

How we understand the repeated teaching that we are not "under the Law" is really important. I'll look at one example of how some in the Hebrew Roots movement interpret this phrase and then we will compare that with what the Bible says to see if it's viable. 0:15.2	whether followers of Jesus should be obeying the law of Moses and whether the Hebrew roots

0:27.9	about this today, this issue of are we under the law and what does that phrase
0:30.8	under the law mean when Paul uses it in for example
0:34.4	Romans chapter 6 verse 14 so we're gonna dig into that and more I think it'll be really
0:39.2	helpful when when we analyze a pivotal issue, like a central issue,
0:43.8	because you can get lost in all the details sometimes
0:46.6	as can really happen in this topic.
0:48.4	I mean, big time as I'm studying this stuff
0:50.2	and looking at the content from people
0:52.1	who are part of the movement who many of them I would say
0:54.4	you know if they hold to the Gospel of Christ that they're my brothers and sisters and we're having an
0:58.1	in-house you know discussion on the topic I think the Bible is very clear on the topic
1:02.3	but I would like to demonstrate that for you. So the question is, what does Roman 614 mean when it says that we are not under the law? This is a question we absolutely should be asking. You may think that the fact that we're not under the law seals the deal
1:16.7	But not if you interpret this passage the way that 119 ministries does my is whom I love by the way.
