Today's 10-minute walk is helping both of us remain fitness consistent. Hi, I'm Dave. Let's go for a walk.

0:11.6

Today I want to talk a little bit about a, I don't know how else to put it, a walking renaissance

0:18.8

that I'm enjoying right now.

0:23.2

So I love walking.

0:25.9

It's been my primary fitness activity since 2013.

0:31.2

2:12.1

older than I used to feel and I want to age. I want to age strong. And so I probably as I'm

2:22.8

thinking through and analyzing what I've been feeling and experiencing, that's become more of a

2:30.5
