filmmaker, researcher, William Ramsey. How you doing today, William?

Always a pleasure. Today we are going to be talking about the Parallax Views starring Warren Betty.

It's an Alan J. Pakula production.

It's part of what some call his Paranoid series, which also involves Clute with Donald Sutherland,

which is a great movie.

And one of my all-time personal favorite movies, all the president's men with Dustin

Hoffman and Robert Redford, rest in peace.

But this one is also an amazing movie.

It's got a lot of kind of nods and themes related to a lot of the 60s assassinations that went on, but a lot of

the stuff is actually very relevant today with stuff going on. So yeah, we're going to run through

that movie. We're going to show you some slides and kind of break down some of the different Easter

eggs and imagery and symbolism and whatnot.

So where would you like to begin, William?

Just like you said, you did the background to the film.

It is relevant to today. It's very much like the paranoid thing that involved Beattie.

And in real life, he was involved in the 1968 election much like Frankenheimer

RFK where RFK got the nomination was shot I think it was June 1968 and I think it

was it affected Frankenheimer and and Beatty and Frankenhammer have covered

recently because of Manchairing candidate we did Man We did Manchering Candidate last time.
