Summary
It was October 2003 that the body was found, 13 miles north west of Norwich in the county of Norfolk. When people realised the identity of the dead man, based on his own crimes there was little sympathy in the community and little help for the police. And then, they got the breakthrough leading them to a violent psychopath who had already murdered once…
