Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

Now after the wedding at Cana Jesus went to Jerusalem for the Feast of Passover,

probably in late April. There Nicodemus, a Pharise, a religious leader of Israel, came to talk with Jesus alone and at night.

I was struck by this conversation between Jesus and Nicodemus because Jesus reveals some of the most important truths of life.

First, he tells Nicodemus that he has not come to condemn the world.

He came to save the world from the consequences of our sin? And how did he come to save us?

By taking our place, by dying in our place and then rising from the dead, conquering death once and for all.

Jesus said, for God sent his son into the world not to condemn the world, but so that through him the world might be saved.
