I'm on the phone with Ashvin, and today we are continuing our fifth annual sequel September

with a discussion on A Nightmare on Elmm Street for the Dreammaster from 1988,

directed by Rennie Harlan, written by William Cotswinkle, Brian Heldgland, Jim and Ken Wheat,

and it sounds like kind of Rennie Harlan a bit as well, starring Lisa Wilcox, Robert

England, Danny Hassel, and Tuesday Night. In this film, in the fight against Freddie Kruger, the torch has passed from the Dream

Warriors of the last film to a new group of teens led by a new heroin.

If you're new to the show, we're going to discuss spoiler-free background info on this movie

for the first 15 or 20 minutes, but then we're going to take a little break

and play some transition music. And once you hear that music, you should duck out if you

haven't seen the movie because we're going to do a spoilerific plot walkthrough and review

the film. Shout out to Big Turkey, who has been drooling for this film to be covered by us for

years now. He thinks it's the

best movie of all time, and we are finally
