Coming to you from Hoover, Alabama. What a great night it was for baseball for Mississippi State.

We're going to break down the game. I'm going to tell you now, we're not going to go as long today because I want to get back out to the ballpark.

It's a lot of fun being here. If you've never attended the SEC tournament,

let me encourage you to do so. And if you have the financial wherewithal,

kind of get the all access pass where you can watch all sessions and watch all these teams

you're unfamiliar with, or maybe teams you've never seen in person, it is worth it.

It's a great vacation. It's a good way to get the kids out of

house and do something super cool. And you can see your kids on TV out there chasing foul balls

out there on the hills. So super, super incredible night, one that many of us will probably

never forget, or it'll be a long time before we do, and an absolutely

amazing pitching performance from both pitchers. And one of the things that I mentioned yesterday

as I made the radio rounds is that I thought it really benefited Mississippi State to play

Ole Miss in this game because of the fact,

you know, hey, we've got nobody on the active roster that has ever played for Mississippi

State in a postseason game of any kind. Let that sink in for a second. And we won that

2021 National Championship. That was a roster filled with experience. This one doesn't have any.

And so I think playing Ole Miss enabled state to kind of lock in a little bit.

Because, hey, you know, we've already played them in Oxford and we played them in Pearl,

another minor league ballpark, neutral side game. So there's a point of reference there you can kind of push from.

You can kind of set your back foot and not really give ground. And so I thought the early matchup,

not just because it's a five versus 12 game, but because of the fact that it is a team that
