Find the open door because guess what there's opportunity everywhere if you're willing to look around

Ever feel like you're banging your head against the wall? Do you ever read the book, if you squared, or the guy talks about the fly

that he notices sitting up banging over and over

again against the glass, desperately trying to get out,

trying to fight its way through the glass which is never going to happen and guess what?

It's like what I've seen a lot of people do right now. They're literally fighting

doing the same thing that isn't working over and over again and they're wondering

what the heck's going on or worse, they stopped working. If you stopped working you know it's already over.

But if you're banging your head against that goal. If you stop working, you know it's already over.

But if you're banging your head against that glass or against that wall, or you're simply

doing things that no longer apply in today's environment, it's on you. You're the one that's got to stop. Take a

breath. Look for another path. Find the open door. Because guess what? There's

opportunity everywhere if you're willing to

look around. Right? It's economic Darwinism. That's what we're experiencing right

now. I talked about it at the summit last year. I talked about it two years ago.

It's not the fastest, it's not the fittest, it's not the smartest, it's the ones that are

the most adaptive to change.

That is who survives and thrives.

This is just one of those moments that's putting the squeeze on a lot of people to adapt and change.

Look, I got friends that are in their 70s and 80s doing Zoom cocktail parties, hanging out with their buddies.
