Hey guys, so it's been a while since I have updated my podcast as you guys know, those

two have listened, who have still hung on to listen.

Yeah, it's been over two years since I've released any regular content and I wanted to

give an update about why that is and most importantly talk about what I'm excited for

because I am, I've been spending the last few years praying and in many ways preparing

for the launch of something that is going to be launched very soon and I can't wait.

So first of all, it's been a busy couple years, the pandemic hit, we had, my husband

I had two kids, which is huge blessing.

It's been really busy, live actions tripled in size.

It's just been kind of a crazy few years, we've moved several times in a short period

of time and so now we're more settled and I feel that number of things have come together

and we're ready to do this next step.

Why, what is this next step?

Well for starters, you're going to see weekly content again, it's going to be awesome,

it's going to be about relationships, health identity, it's going to be all the things

about how we can live lives that can actually flourish, so I'm really excited for that

and it's going to be part of something bigger which I'll be announcing in the future.

But that being said, I want to talk about why I am even doing this in the first place

and it really starts with me being a teenager actually, I'm not a teenager now but back

when I was a teenager and many of you know my story with live action, like I started
