We expect the new Prime Minister to be announced that, well, the new leader of the Conservative Party,

who becomes Prime Minister tomorrow after flying, to bow moral and back to be appointed or anointed by the Queen.

I'm never quite sure what the correct terminology is. I know it isn't anointed.

But that will happen tomorrow,

so she will become prime minute. Or he, of course, still a chance where she soon at will win,

which would be remarkable, wouldn't it, given the absolute presumption now that Liz Truss is

well, well, well over the line. That happens at about half past 12 today, or actually probably not even about it, should be bang on,

which means you get one of those lovely little preambles featuring our inimitable political editor Theo Usherwood,

with me playing the role of Boy Wonder to his Batman.

And that will be happening probably from about quarter past, possibly even sooner.

It's a big day, you know, it might be the, what is it,

the fourth Conservative MP in three years. In six years, four in six, the previous three,

toppled essentially by Boris Johnson. David Cameron, undone by Boris Johnson and his

decision to support Brexit. Theresa May, undone by Boris Johnson and his decision to support Brexit.

Theresa May, undone by Boris Johnson and his pretending that her deal could somehow be improved upon.

And then Boris Johnson, undone by Boris Johnson.

Will this trust be undone by Boris?

Will it be four for four?

Will four Conservative Prime Ministers, including Boris Johnson, be essentially removed from

office by Boris Johnson? It's a question for the ages, isn't it? So we'll get stuck into that a little

later. It is highly likely that the four great offices of state will contain not a single white man.
