without the jury in which the defense again made their case that the case should be

dismissed entirely the prosecutor the lead prosecutor carry Morrissey then took the

stand herself and said that they believed that that box of bullets was not relevant

to the case because it was never on the set of the movie Rust.

The judge then said she disagreed entirely with the prosecution they should have

revealed that evidence so she said the case is dismissed.

Fox says Jonathan Hunt that means the case cannot be tried again after the decision.

Baldwin cried and hugged his two attorneys.
