So Miss Marple tells a story and it's a little bit of a weird one and I think it's actually appropriate that we're talking about it on a podcast because it was written in 1934 for the radio for Kemper.

1935 in Home Journal as quote-unquote behind closed doors and then in book form in the

US in 1939 and the Reg of mystery and other stories and in the

UK in 1979 so 40 years later in Miss Marple's final cases.
