Thanks for joining me for what I believe will be seven of the most enriching

0:22.4

minutes of your day. In today's episode of seven good minutes, we talk about having a mindful morning

1:24.5

your morning mindfully, you're not just being present for those first few minutes.

1:28.3

You're training your nervous system to remember what presence feels like.

1:32.3

You're creating a reference point that your body and mind can return to throughout the day when things get chaotic or overwhelming.

1:41.3

Mindfulness in the morning doesn't require perfection or extensive meditation.

1:46.1

It can be as simple as feeling your feet on the floor when you first stand up, taking three

1:50.9

conscious breaths before you check your phone, or really tasting your first sip of coffee,

1:56.6

instead of drinking it on autopilot. These small acts of presence create what I like to think of as mindfulness momentum.
