Hey everybody, it's Flora. I have a six to nine pound piece of news to drop. I wanted

to let you know that I'm headed out on parental leave. That's right. The flamingo is delivering

a special package to my house this month. But don't go anywhere because every little

thing will still be rolling down your feed. We are making a bunch of brand new shows and

replaying some of our favorites. And we have an all-star lineup of guest hosts, some of

my favorite people. Hi, I'm Jorge Just. Hey there. This is Ian Chilog. Hey, I'm Lynn

Levy. I host the show Everything's Alive. I'm one of ELT's contributing editors.

I hosted a show called The Habitat that was all about space travel. For that show, I had

to answer questions like, how do you poop in space? And has anyone ever had sex in space?

And is it a good idea to bring a corn-beaf sandwich into space? Which I can tell you, it's

not. When I'm not contributing editors, you can find me alone hosting enormously popular

imaginary podcasts like Thank God it's Wednesday. And is everything alive? There's also

who's zoom in zoos, my video podcast, recording the animals, and my Spanish language parenting

podcast. Jate vie. And soon I will be guest hosting a real podcast. This one. I feel like

I've been guest hosting the show for a while because when I listen, I talk along with

Flora. I'm mostly saying things like, dear God, Flora, and Flora know every time she makes

a terrible pun. But I've signed this agreement. I will now be making those terrible puns. I'm

actually being paid by the pun, so I can't wait. I am very excited for you to hear these

episodes. I know you're going to enjoy them, but also don't get to attached because I will

be back in the fall.
