ready to sweep away. Today, I want to take a moment for us to anchor into the body, to actually

feel that experience of lightness that opens up inside after we have released something. So first of all, to be able to

let something go, we have to identify the thing we want to let go of. And we have to actually

wrap our heads around the fact that this thing isn't serving us in our lives anymore.

And we've done a bit of work around that already. And I want to offer us just that opportunity to feel what that experience actually could be like in the here and now.

The idea of letting something go is very abstract.

So it can be helpful to feel into the body for any signals the body is offering us around how we feel when it comes to this situation
