Today's meditation focuses on Psalm 34.

It is written as a general instruction to all of us to seek God in our circumstances, to trust him, and to give him glory.

It's a community call to praise. So find a quiet space. Tune out the noise around you and within you.

Take several slow, deep breaths, and let's settle in and begin. Psalm 34 encourages us to trust in God and to seek Him as we praise Him for His goodness.

As you listen to this reading, pay attention to your own personal experiences of God's

goodness in your life.
