podcast and welcome by the way if you hear any drizzling or anything in the background it's actually

raining right now which is so surprising it rarely rarely, rarely rains where I live. So I'm actually

enjoying this moody vibe right now. I feel like it's very fitting for the topic of this week's

episode. But if you do hear the rain, just let it be the ambiance background noise to today's

conversation. But anyways, I'm really excited for this week's episode, but I have to

be honest. This episode is definitely going to be a deeper one. And if you've been around for a while,

you know that our podcast has definitely gone through different phases over the years. When I first

started my podcast, it started out really raw and real and we talked about some really real things.

And over time, I've kind of scaled back from that because one, I didn't want every episode to feel

so heavy and deep. I feel like sometimes a lighthearted fun conversation is all you need

to uplift you for the week, to make you feel motivated. Also, being vulnerable

can feel very scary. And I have definitely been super vulnerable over the years throughout the

podcast. And sometimes I regret that, but also don't regret it because it's part of my journey
