Welcome to the Boneyard with Steve Robertson as always. I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the Maroon Friday edition of the art.

And here's the deal. It's Maroon Friday and isn't it wonderful that we live in a country we can celebrate Maroon Friday as we choose. I'm wearing maroon today, my nice and neat, long-sleeve

maroon dry frit with the state script and white. That's what I'm wearing today. I don't know what

you're wearing today. Got on some cam-floss shorts too. I don't care. I'm a dad. I still

wear cargo shorts. I don't care. I don't wear them up to the middle

of my tie, but I do wear it. And it's very handy on those days when you got to cover a football

camp and you put your bottle of water in there and your camera in your pocket and all that kind of stuff.

So a lot to that. But I hope that you guys are having a great weekend. I hope it's a payday for you.

It's the last Friday in the month. So maybe you guys are getting a lump sum today. I don't know.

Get out and enjoy yourself. It is a open date weekend for our Bulldogs, which means that your good

friend and host will be able to watch college football all day tomorrow.

That's exactly what I plan to do.

Might get up and go get some donuts and then kind of lay around and be lazy and watch

college football all day long.

I don't get to do that very often.

Many of you do.

I am not willing to trade with you, though. I love being able to go

and do what I do, but when we get these rare breaks during the season to watch other teams play,

and of course there is no anxiety or, shall we say, trepidation on open week Saturdays because we know, hey, there's no chance of us losing.

There's also no chance of us winning.

But we can enjoy college athletics.

And I love college baseball season because, you know, during the week I can typically watch a game of someone every single night.
