thrilled to just have a platform and an opportunity to share some of the insights I've gleaned about

coppicing over the years. My wife and I live in New Haven, Vermont in the Champlain Valley.

We have a small farm and homestead that we've built from the ground up since 2012. I did not grow up in

this world at all. I grew up in the suburbs outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and I lived a pretty

happy and healthy early childhood, but I really had no opportunities to cultivate a strong connection with the natural world.
