So last week's episode, which is the first episode of season three and of this fabulous new year, was Jessica Buchanan.

And talk about isolation and getting through difficult times.

Jessica was kidnapped by, wait for it, Somali Pirates and held for

93 days. And she is, man, so articulate, has a story that reads like a Hollywood film and has

really been able to extract the lessons of, you know, the story

she didn't choose and figure out how those lessons can carry her forward, which encapsulates

the entire point of doing this podcast and sharing these stories. So unbelievable story.
