But first, let's take some time to relax. Take a deep breath

in through your nose because when you breathe deeply you calm your nervous system and that helps you feel more

peaceful.

Focusing on these calming breaths, really notice how the air enters and leaves your body.

Maybe how your rib cage expands and contracts,

or how your stomach rises and falls with each breath.

Try not to get frustrated if your mind wonders.

Just inhale and exhale.

Inviting in the positive and releasing the negative.
