But we are going to discuss the fact that our oldest daughter graduated

from high school yesterday. Yes. We heard this song for a while during graduation.

We might have to talk about this song a little bit. There's so much pomp and circumstance.

And then we are also going to talk about Mental Health Awareness Month and why this is probably every May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

But 2021, I think, is the most important time to make this month,

to really take the time to consider mental health for ourselves, for our loved

ones, for our communities, and for our world. Because we have all gone through our own

personal traumas, and we have all gone through a collective trauma coming out of 2020 and this pandemic coming out.

I'm saying coming out of it because we're not all the way through.

And it is vital that we at least discuss some things.

And I have some points that I want to make that I've kind of noticed just in the last year that have been helpful to me when thinking about my own mental wellness

and thinking about the mental wellness of the people I love. I want to make those points.
