how we can be a blessing.

Okay, friends, 1. Peter 3.9, the Apostle Peter writes,

Do not repay evil for evil or reviling for reviling. But on the contrary, bless,

for to this you are called, that you may obtain a blessing. And what Peter's doing here is

he's describing the Christian life by using contrast. He's saying at the beginning, it's typical in human relationships

that when someone does bad to you, you turn around and do bad to them.
