as early as you can in the postpartum period.

Having a combo with your spouse where you're really talking about tasks and there's a lot of cool

like postpartum kind of care plans and thoughtful lists now that you can follow.

Where it like for a Kell and I that we talked about if the baby needs their diaper changed three times at night,

who's doing it?

Like it sounded so silly, but we got really practical about some of the realities of

tasks like are you taking the garbage out who's ordering groceries who's going to the

grocery store and just trying to be really thoughtful about it so you're not

trying to make those decisions on the fly when you know you're not in your best

place emotionally you're not always being kind and generous to each other with your words.

And so if we can get some of these things figured out before, I think it is valuable.
