0:18.2

So I'm going to be defining what the father wound is,

0:21.6

how it gets created,

0:23.2

how it's likely showing up in your life today,

0:26.2

getting in the way, sabotaging, et cetera,

0:28.4

and then how you can specifically resolve

0:31.5

and heal through that wound.

0:32.9

And I'm going to give you five practical

0:35.1

and tactical Jungian steps

0:37.3

that you can take in order to resolve this father

And don't forget to subscribe wherever you're tuning into, whether it's on YouTube or on Spotify,

this will ensure that you get notified of other episodes when they drop.

All right, every man carries a psychological imprint of their father.

1:24.5

Now, for some men, that imprint is going to be wild or aggressive or violent. It's going to be an

1:30.5

imprint of impotence and kind of spinelessness and, you know, a man that was a wet noodle. Or it's

1:37.4

going to be an imprint of vacancy, right, of emptiness, of hollowness, of what I've called

1:43.4

the ghost dad, right? He was there,
