0:08.5	I really started getting into meditating and yoga to incorporate with my workouts a while ago.
0:18.3	And I feel that that meditation piece and kind of grounding me has opened me up

0:32.3	of like feeling tightness in my chest when I think something's around there. But I had an experience right, it was right around pandemic.
0:42.7	So my ex-wife and I, we had a miscarriage.

0:49.6	And so I'm sitting on my couch.
0:54.0	Stone Cold's over, kind of freaking out because my new partner and I, we were buying a house.
1:03.5	Pandemic was just kind of starting.
1:05.9	And this voice just pops in my head.
1:10.3	It was a girl. And it, it, sorry if I get emotional because
1:14.7	it still impacts me, but it says, dad, I want you to know that I'm okay and that you're going to be
1:22.2	okay too. And I just, I mean, I just started busting out crying and so the next day I go over to my partner's house and
1:33.3	you know making her breakfast and she's just like what's wrong and like I'm just my knees shaking
1:40.6	I'm just like shaking my head back and forth and like I tell her the story and I like I start crying again.
1:47.6	And I I never before experienced that, never have again. But I truly feel that was like the spirit of the daughter I never had.
1:59.7	Reach out to me and just kind of comfort me and know
2:02.3	that she was there. You know, fast forward, we move into this house and I mean, it was, we're the
2:09.4	second owners. It was built like probably in the mid-80s. Then we start kind of have some
2:15.4	things happen in it. And of course, I get blames for it because I went to Waverly Hills.
