What's up everybody? Welcome into the next Pat's podcast. I'm Phil Perry. We continue to roll through the Patriots off season. I know OTAs are over.

Mnecamp is over. We're on

the World Cup season, right? No, no, no, not so fast, my friends. We have plenty of football to discuss.

It's list season. Let's roll through some lists during this portion of the NFL calendar, taking

us up to training camp in the list for this week on next Pat's is the top 25 Patriots for the 2026 NFL season.

A little bit more of a difficult exercise than I anticipated.

Not only shrinking that list from 90 players down to 25, but then ordering those guys.

We know Drake May is going to be number one at that list, that guy right over my

right shoulder right now. But how do you slot everybody in thereafter? So we'll go through that

list. We're also going to have a great conversation with Texas A&M offensive line coach,

Adam Cushing, to talk about Demetrius Crown over, one of the most fascinating prospects in this

year's Patriots draft class. All kinds of size, all kinds of athleticism.

The guy played tight end and had to transition. And so even though he's a little bit of an

older rookie in terms of his age, he's going to be 25 years old this season. He is still a little

bit of a developmental prospect because he's relatively new to that tackle spot, but all kinds of traits

to work with and a great journey and the kind of journey that might be indicative of a guy

who's able to grind his way at the bottom of the roster or maybe even on the practice squad

this season into finding a real role on the 53 man roster at some point during his career.
