Happy post-holiday week. Oh, man. Last week, we left for the holiday and it was all open AI. We get back.

And open AI, it just seems like it's all wrapped up. Sam Altman's back at the helm here and it looks like we're

just ready to go. Wasn't that nice of them just before Thanksgiving? So all of us tech journalists could

breathe a little. You and I got a lot to go through. Obviously, we're focused now on holiday sales and

the e-commerce wars, obviously here from our incumbents, but also some of those from Asia. And there's a lot going on

there. There's a lot going on. Is the IPO market about to open up in 2024? I know this time last

year, a lot of folks were hoping that would be 2023. There's some early indications that there is a few

major companies knocking at the door. But listen, stick around for my conversation with Packing McCormick of Not Boring Capital

and Cleo Abram of Huge If True. We talk about their success as creators and we talk about their

owner of the TEMU app and you've been reporting a lot on TEMU over the last few months

or so this is something that a lot of US investors at least in the public markets have

not really had their sites set on but it seems to be taking US consumers by storm consumers by storm a little bit, and PDD, Pind,

they reported this morning, the stock is up. I want to say more than, I don't know, almost 15% or so

making new 52-week highs. What's the deal there? So I would also say that maybe many American

consumers don't even know that Timo is Chinese, but Pinduodwa, as we'll call it, is a Chinese

company. And I started following this company many years ago when it became this sort of quiet
