intentional fitness walk every single day. I'm walking right now, and I would love to have you

join me for the next 10 minutes. It is a little cooler this morning than normal.

I think, I still am not entirely sure what normal is here in South Carolina and Myrtle Beach.

It's only my third spring here, and each one has had a different feel.

Last year it was cloudy and wet. This year, we've had a good amount of sunshine,

but it's kind of been this roller coaster ride as far as the temperature is concerned. We'll get up

into the 70s, upper 70s. We've had a couple of days where the temperature has been above 80, in fact, earlier this week,

just a couple of days ago.

It was pushing up there and then the temperature drops.

It's like this roller coaster ride.

And there have been points along the way where the temperature has just been

cooler than normal. And we're in one of those cycles right now. And I'm like, come on, let's go.
