And in this episode we are revisiting our dear friend Erkuyl Poirot covering one of the

novellas that Agathrist Christie wrote. This will actually be our final

novella of Day Magathas. I'm a little sad about that. I've enjoyed covering these.

But while we're on the topic of things that are making us sad, we feel that we have to

acknowledge the, well, viral pandemic that I'm sure is currently affecting pretty much everyone listening to this

podcast which is really saying something since our podcast has a global reach

but then so does coronavirus unfortunately. Yeah a lot of you are scared and we would be lying if we said that we weren't.

I mean I have had severe asthma since I've been a small child and my mother who is going to

listen to this you know has lupus she's been very open about that and you know we still want to be here and providing some degree of entertainment and you know there was a meme a few years ago.

I think that was the twist on the Keep

Common Carry On that was Keep Common Reed Christie and we believe that.

We use that little meme when we skip episodes for personal life reasons getting in the way of Christie,

which we try to have happen as little as possible since our lives are pretty much Christie.

This is a community globally of Christie lovers and you know we will be here for you so much as we can.

I'm tempted to say we're as committed as ever to sharing our endless joy in all things exactly the Christie related except I think I would say that we're more committed

than before which is what... you know and that's what happens

in times like these because I think that when things get really bad as they are right

now it just sort of shows how important these sources of joy are in our lives and I think it's pretty clear that Agath Christi is a source of joy for us and it has been made very clear to us that it is a source of joy for all of you so we are

going to get through all this together with an extra helping of day magatha that is our plan.
