What's going on, Million to Mindcast, fan?

Welcome into today's show.

I have been making this list of life lessons, principles, you know, ideologies that I want to pass along to my daughters,

specifically for my ladies out there. But I think, you know, as I was going through this list,

and this has been an accumulation of a handful of years, I have taken a lot of the wisdom

that I have received from other mentors, other friends, other badass women,

other badass women business owners, and really just collectively at masterminds and events

and thinking about what are some of the things that I want to instill in my daughters.

And as I was going down this list, I wanted to read it to my daughter on her eighth

birthday. We were out at Disney World, took my mom and my daughter Ella, and of course my other

daughter, Evie and Marie. And we went and stayed to my dad's house in Florida for a couple

days, drove out to Orlando,

crushed Disney World, crush Universal Studios.

And man, I mean, it is crazy how much fun and magic there is at those parks, but how torturous it is all at the same time.

And I was, you know, going through this list on the plane right out there,

and I wanted to share it with Ella on her eighth birthday because she's getting to be a young

lady now.

And the kid is, she's sharp and she gets it.

And she's a truly a natural born leader and I want to continue to

elevate and foster that leadership and so as I was going through this list I started to think about

how a lot of these things actually apply to anyone they apply to anyone that wants to be a true leader, anyone that wants to unlock real impact,

anyone that wants to create and live and lead a life that most people don't really have

...
