I'm just going to try to really dive right into where we're going tonight because we've

had such a beautiful opportunity to celebrate these seniors.

But this series tonight is going to get really real for us in a hurry.

Not that it didn't the first week we talked about, can you relate to God?

That's the whole relatable idea.

Are you able to relate?

So you that person that can have successful and meaningful relationships.

And the first week we talked about really is God able to relate to you.

So can God speak your language?

Does God understand your job?

Does God kind of know what you're texting about?

Does God, can he get into the seams and the flow of where you are in life?

And can he relate to that?

Or is he some kind of distant cosmic reality that doesn't speak your language?

And we talked about how in Jesus became flesh and blood, we know that Jesus could get

right into any of our worlds and totally know what's up with our lives.

Last week we talked about the question, are we able to relate to ourselves?

That was an important question because you and I spend the most time on earth with ourselves.

We go to bed with ourselves every night and we wake up with ourselves every morning.

We listen to ourselves, talk to ourselves more than we listen to anybody else talk to

us in life.

And whatever you think about you is shaping right now who you are and how you relate to
