Hello, my loves. Welcome back to the show and welcome to our final practice of this week.

This week we have been exploring the darkness during the dark season and finding some ways to bring light into the dark as well.

And today for our practice, I want to offer you a very specific practice that makes everything

we've done this week very literal.

I want you to settle down for just five minutes.

It's not a long one, just five minutes of a candlelight meditation,

also called candle gazing meditation or fire gazing meditation. And that might sound complicated.

It's absolutely not. What you're going to do is you're going to put your phone away,

first of all. If you have a

timer and you're using your phone, make sure you have your phone on airplane mode and just set

the timer there. It's really useful to use a timer so that your mind can fully relax, but make

sure you're undisturbed.
