Welcome back to Self-Care Daily and welcome to a podcast that allows you to dream your biggest, wildest dreams. We have a really fun and interesting and potentially a little bit scary topic that we are working with this week. What would happen if I believed in my ability to make my wildest dreams come true?

What I want to identify today, and this is really important, because we can't make everything

happen at once. We have to actually zero in on the most important longings that we feel

inside of our hearts and work on one major thing at a time.

So what we are identifying today is a dream that we have been dreaming that feels out of reach.

Something that you can feel inside of your heart is so true, a longing that when you think about this dream, when you think about

this goal, you just feel it in your entire being. You feel it in your heart, in your gut,

in your mind, every cell of your body, you just want to make this magic happen for yourself.

But for some reason, this specific dream has felt out of reach. What is it? What is that dream that

feels true, that feels like a real longing from a real true authentic place, but for some reason

it just feels like it's far away? Like maybe you don't have the ability to actually make this happen

or like maybe that dream that's for other people. It's not for you or who are you to dream of a life
