Summary

Avination, welcome to episode 211 of the Pilot to Pilot podcast. Today's episode is a little bit different than what you re used to hearing. A Day In The Life is all about exactly what you would think, a day in the life of a fractional pilot. Find out what it looks like to actually fly fractional and see if it is something you would be interested in! If you would like for me to do another one of these or keep doing solo episodes, let me know by sending an email to [email protected]

Sorry, for the plosives and sound issues, I was recording on the road with a what I now know as a not so great microphone to record with.

Check out Pilots Coffee the best coffee in the game!

Happy Flying,

Justin

Today is a day in the life. I have never done one of these before so I have no idea how long it's going to be. It could be five minutes, it could be ten minutes, it could be four hours, just depends on what day I choose because they are all different. That is the one constant in the industry that I'm in and the type of flying that I do is that whatever I say is only about one day. Every day is different. I've had some days where we have no flights. I've had some days where we had one flight and it was the longest day and the most hiring day. And I've had some days where I had five flights and it was just a great day. So before we kick this off, I just want everyone to know

that this industry, this side of aviation changes so fast.

1:30.2

It is very dynamic, it's very fluid. It's a lot of fun. You just really to survive in the side you really cannot get fixated on an overnight. You can't get fixated on a destination. You can't get fixated on really anything.

You have to be prepared for all of it.
