0:23.5	And I guess Bo, the interesting thing that we've never talked about is, is your job itself.
0:28.2	What does a Hops Technician do?
0:29.9	Basically, we can infer a little bit from the name, but I was just kind of wondering,
0:34.6	what's a day in the life of what you do up there at Sierra?
0:39.5	Hey, Kevin, well, yeah, number one is a great job, kind of tough to complain about growing
0:46.2	hops in Chico.
0:48.8	You know, we're surrounded by a lot of fruit and nut trees and pretty unique to be one
0:55.3	of the only hop yards probably within 100 to miles, I would say.
1:00.3	To begin with, it's pretty unique.
1:02.4	It's very interesting and a great opportunity.
1:06.6	Yeah, I mean, it sounds like a dream job for someone who loves to grow things and probably
1:12.2	has an affinity for beer as well, I would imagine.
1:15.3	Yeah, well, I definitely love beer, I always have, and celebrations been my all-time favorite.
1:23.5	So pretty neat to be involved in the process from the beginning, you know, being involved
1:29.7	with some of the inputs that go directly into our beers, and a favorite part of mine
1:36.2	is seeing hops tumble down the belt with our wolf machine quite a sight, you know, after
1:42.6	your season-long hard work and see hops tumble down the belt, pretty cool.
1:47.3	Yeah, yeah, I can imagine.
1:48.7	Yeah, I mean, I think just from the gardener's perspective, all these long season or multi-year
