Welcome to the Jesus Image podcast.

It's a great privilege just to be able to speak to you guys tonight.

I don't take it lightly.

I come with the fear of the Lord.

And I really believe the Lord has a message for you guys this evening.

And it's almost like the worship is so wonderful when the Holy Spirit leads the song selection.

It almost feels like the soundtrack, the worship was the soundtrack to this message.

But speaking of, Jesus have it all, and I surrender.

And I'm going to speak to you guys tonight, something that's just something, ever since I got saved,

that it's always been a message to me, something that I've always gone back to or focused on,

or it's just been something that's always been in my heart. But I'm going to speak to you guys

tonight about a crucified life, about a surrendered life, about a laid-down life, a life that glorifies Jesus, a life that honors Jesus,

that reveals Jesus, a life that is a sweet fragrance to the Father, a life that Jesus

deserves for us to live, a laid-down lover life, not a lukewarm life,

not a halfway in, halfway out life, but a laid-down life, a surrendered life, a crucified

life. You know, Jesus paid a very high price for us to be saved.

He gave his back.

He gave his blood.

God.

God had a crown of thorns on his head.

God shed his blood so that we could be purchased, so that we could be redeemed, so that we could be his.

Not so that we could be lukewarm.
