Her name is Heather Monahan and if you're not familiar, she is a powerhouse keynote speaker.

She's a podcaster and she's the best-selling author with her first book, The Confidence

Creator and now she's got a brand new book coming out called Overcome Your Villains.

And what I love about Heather's story is that she worked for like over 20 years in corporate

America and she didn't actually step into the entrepreneurial world until only a couple

of years ago.

So, she's got this perspective about transitions and pivots and really building confidence

that's so insightful and very tactical.

She shares in this episode a lot about how to build up your belief in yourself and to

trust your ability to figure things out and that things are working for you while simultaneously

navigating all the fields that come when you're putting yourself out there and calling

your shot and really just trying to own it.
