Before we came in, I was watching this video and it was lately talking about the differences

in hygiene or whatever. And I was thinking about being on a plantation coming from a very clean place

with ritualistic bathing and all kinds of oils and ways in which you kept your body clean,

thrown on a hold of a ship and then onto a plantation with no control over your bodily

regimen. And then there's like Jay Marion Sims, their experiment. I mean, things were done

unthinkably that we probably will never know to the bodies,

but to not have autonomy, to not be able to clean yourself, to not be able to do what you know

is right, and then confront it with other people's nasty habits, trench mouth and syphilis

and all of these different kinds of diseases that they were spreading with impunity with no concern or care because we were, you know, chattel. I just think about that for 400 years. Like, what does that do? Couple with the diet, right? So fibroids, you know, I was reading up on it because it was getting really bad. Fat is a lot of, so I cut the fat from my diet, which was good, you know, so it can't

really, they can't grow sugar and fat, you know, which are the combination that is responsible

for a lot of diseases. Cutting that out did actually help them not grow. But what is that also

over a 400 year period of eating entrails and

pig feet and all of the. Right. Yeah. So I was just thinking about it. You know, I saw a television

show, whatever. I forgot what morning show it was. But Venus Williams was on. Venus Williams was on there.
