a man was found guilty in a case involving years of abuse and the death of a young, bright, and beautiful woman.

Lisa Harnham was born in June of 1981 and raised by her mother, Joan.

Growing up in Canada, Lisa loved football, karate,

music, and especially dance. She was remembered as a young woman who always had a smile on her face and taking part in a number of competitions was skilled in ballet, tap, and jazz. Early on in life, though, Lisa found herself struggling

with an eating disorder and spent the rest of her life working through that. By 2004, she decided

that she needed a change in her life. So Lisa Harnham packed up and moved to Australia in

search of happiness and success.

And it seemed like that's exactly what she got pretty soon after stepping on to Australian soil.

Arriving in 2005 and settling in Sydney, Lisa began studying and working at the Australian

Hair and Beauty Salon, where she met a young man named Simon Kittany.

The pair hit it off right away and soon found themselves in a relationship, even sharing an
