Today's tip is that you are more likely to get a positive response to a request that is clear.

So don't leave any doubt about what it is you are

offering or asking for. I recently heard the advice that a confused mind says no. This seems to be a

marketing catchphrase. If you are selling something, you need to be sure your

potential customer knows exactly what it is they could buy. This makes sense. When a potential

customer doesn't understand what they're being offered, the path of lease resistance is to decline.

If figuring out what they're being offered would take a lot of work or if asking

follow-up questions feels awkward, it's easier to just say, no thanks. So in general in life,
