1:08.8	where we're turning to the German Mystic Meister Eckert. In this special coaching session,
1:15.3	Jim will present a summary overview of all we've learned this season. He's going to do this
1:21.3	by inviting you to draw a diagram and journal as he teaches. So before we get started,
1:27.6	you might want to get pencil and paper ready to draw along with Jim. In the show notes,
1:33.2	you'll find a diagram that we put together, along with some of Jim's handwritten notes.

1:48.8	around gathering around Eckert's teachings. Yes, I'm really looking forward to this coaching
1:54.4	session. So Jim, why don't you get a start? Yes, thanks, Kiston. You know, I think each of these
2:00.4	mystics and with Meister Eckert, what we're trying to do is to kind of slowly internalize the
2:08.9	teachings. And as it has the illumine our own path and our own search for God. And what I want
2:15.7	to do here is share with you a way that helps me to do that. So you can, I'll share with you this
2:21.6	way to do that that helps me and you can consider doing it also. It's kind of a meditation practice.
